For My Biggest Fan

Throughout the whole Sample Project, one very special little person stood by watching. She cheered for each design, she squealed over each little animal, she tenderly held every shirt. Of particular interest to her was the Lil Bird applique, which she lovingly referred to as a "ducklin" (southern twang and all). With each finished product came the same question, "Oh Mommy, is this one for me?", and with every asking of this question came the same answer, "Not this one, but I will make one for you soon". So my little one, here is a "ducklin" for you. Too little too late, and not enough to say how much I love you, or how much I treasure your support!

Good News!

Spring Sample Project T's will be shipped tomorrow. I ended up needing the samples a little longer than I had expected, but all are packaged and will be shipped out tomorrow morning. Oh, I see that it is 1:00 am, make that today! I hope that all of you are pleased with your designs, they are generating new business already. Thanks again!

Spring 09 Preppy Boy Whale

Ok, in my opinion this design takes the cake! It's a good thing too, as I reserved the girl version for my own children (if I ever have time to make them!). I love the way he "spouts" out the name! This just about wraps up the Sample Project, except for a pink whale hopefully coming soon. Thanks again to everyone who participated!

Pink and green is my favorite color combination, if only real lollipops were this cute! Just a few more designs to come...

Spring 09 Lil Bird

I LOVE this "lil" bird, my choice of favorite is between this design and the froggie. I still have one design left to stitch out, the preppy whale, which holds a great deal of promise to be a favorite too. More designs to come...

Spring 09 Bunny

Spring is springing and Easter is coming! Every little boy and girl needs a bunny shirt! Bunny comes in blue or pink print with a fuzzy little tail, includes personalization if you like. More designs to come...

Spring 09 Girly Cutest Cupcake

So far the cutest cupcake is my most popular design (must be because it claims to be the "cutest"). I've made several of these for birthday girls and boys and this design is getting the most hits on my Etsy site. I will share some boy versions of it soon, one that is on a bib that I finished making around 1:30 am this morning. I'm tired today! More design to come...

Spring 09 Little Turtle!

Here is debut # 1 of my Spring 2009 designs - the little turtle! This week I plan to not only re-open my Etsy store , but also reveal a new design each day right here on the blog. Thanks to all of you who participated in the Sample Project, your items will be shipped soon. I also want to give a big thanks to Alina (my sister-in-law ) who provided all of the wonderful pictures!

Project Update

Most of the Spring Project slots have been filled, just looking for a home for one lonely precious little frog :( If you have not given me a plain white T. yet, just get it to me as soon as you can. I'm going to start making the samples as soon as I get through this big upcoming weekend (Evie's birthday party and Anabelle's baptism). Those of you who have not received fabric samples yet, they're either coming or the design you chose does not have choices. I'll be posting pictures of the designs as I finish, so keep checking back!

Spring '09 Sample Project!!!

It may be Christmas time, but spring is already "springing" at Sniglets! I'm preparing to make my spring and summer 2009 samples, and you can benefit from my massive undertaking by reserving sample design slots for your kids. Here is how it works...

Sign up for one of the designs listed below, provide me with a plain white T. shirt or onesie (flat front with no pocket) in your child's size, and pay just $4.00 to cover the cost of your materials. Upon signing up, I will e-mail a selection of fabric combinations for you to choose from. For less than the cost of purchasing a monogram you will receive a custom personalized (with your child's name) shirt for your little sniglet. I will keep the sample just long enough to take a picture for my web site and then it's yours to keep! I will make only one of each design (in some cases I will make both a boy and girl version) so sign up fast as I expect slots to fill very quickly. You can sign up under "comments", by e-mail, or by telphone.
