I made these Turkey shirts to celebrate my children's first Thanksgiving with all of the new cousins on my husband's side of the family (little Anabelle being the newest). It was so much fun to have so many babies in one house! My brother-in-law and sister-in-law took some really great pictures of all the kids matching together, hopefully I'll be able to share some of those shots later.
Far greater things have been accomplished in the amount of time that it took for me to make "this damn onesie" (I mean that in the most affection way). Seriously, I ruined two other plain white onesies before I successfully married these two simple applique designs (a mere square and an "A"). It seems easy enough - right? Apparently not. Anyway, after six hours of hard labor and a whole slew of words worse than "damn", I think this turned out pretty stinkin' cute. Now that I have mastered and conquered this hard core "stichery", I plan to do it again in countless color combinations. I just hope that Anabelle not only likes the letter "A", but the square as well! 
This shirt is for the little girl who discovered the wonderful world of lollipops this past halloween (or any other lolli enthusiast for that matter). I can make this in other color combinations.
I am so excited! I finally made a purchase from one of my etsy.com favorite sellers. I cannot wait for Anabelle to wear this ultra fab headband from LouandLee, I'm even planning to make a onsie to match. I have not bought much, or made much, for Anabelle being that she is my second girl baby, but this was far too delicious to pass up. The girl needs a few trademark pieces of her own, don't you think?
